Opportunities for Advancement

To become an Administrator, candidates must complete an administrator training program and have at least two years of experience.

Lead Caregiver Program

Our Lead Caregivers are dedicated professionals who visit client homes according to a provided schedule. Their primary responsibility is to conduct skill assessments for each caregiver, ensuring that every patient receives the highest quality of care.

Grief Counseling Support

We deeply value and support our caregivers. In the event of a patient’s passing, we offer caregivers 1 to 2 counseling sessions to help them navigate their grief and emotional challenges.

Support

Caregivers can reach out to us at any time to discuss the challenges they may be facing, whether it’s related to their clients, commuting, daycare, or any other concerns. We are committed to providing the necessary support to help alleviate caregiver stress, enabling them to deliver better care to their patients.

Training

We provide ongoing and continuous training for our caregivers.

What You Can Expect From The Position

In in-home care, your daily tasks may vary, but each caregiver will be well-informed about their client’s care plan and specific needs. Responsibilities can include a wide range of activities, such as preparing meals, running errands, providing companionship, tidying up, reminding clients to take medications, assisting with bathing, and overall support to ensure our clients receive the best care possible.
